When we are open
Our office team is available during weekday working hours. Outside those hours, the GBV Command Centre on 0800 428 428 operates 24 hours a day, and SAPS on 10111 responds to immediate danger.

A trained counsellor listens, in the language you are most comfortable with, and helps you understand your options. Nothing is decided for you.

Together we look at safety planning, medical care, protection orders, opening a case, shelter or ongoing counselling.
4. Stay supported
We keep walking with you — through follow-up sessions, court dates and referrals — for as long as you need us.
