Client confidentiality
Information shared with a counsellor stays confidential. Case records are kept secure and accessed only by staff involved in supporting the client. We do not publish client names, photographs or stories without explicit, informed consent, and consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Information we collect online
This website does not require you to create an account or submit personal information. Contact with our team happens by phone or in person.

Northam Victim Empowerment processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act. Our full privacy policy and the contact details of our appointed Information Officer will be published on this page once confirmed.
