Impact

Counted carefully, reported honestly.

Northam Victim Empowerment tracks its work against a small number of measures that matter to the people we serve and to the funders who make the work possible.

People supported directly

Counselling sessions, casework, court accompaniment and referrals recorded for each client we walk with.

Community reach

Attendance at dialogues, outreach days, school sessions and campaign events across the district.

Referral network strength

Cases successfully handed to and received from SAPS, clinics, shelters and social development partners.

Capacity built

Volunteers, community structures and partner staff trained to respond and refer correctly.

Verified figures coming soon

We publish numbers only once they have been checked against our case records and signed off internally. Approved impact statistics and our annual report will be added here rather than estimated. Funders who need figures before then are welcome to contact us directly.

Impact is more than a number

A protection order granted. A child able to sleep. A family that knows where to go next time. Much of our most important work shows up as a person no longer facing the system alone — and we protect the privacy of every one of them.

We never publish client names, photographs or stories without explicit, informed consent.
